Thank you for your interest in the Inspector General Criminal Investigator Academy’s (IGCIA) training programs, which are available on a first- come, first-served basis to federal, state and local government agencies. Students should submit training requests to their agency training officer (an individual authorized to approve training expenditures on behalf of your agency). Training Officers may register with registrar@igcia.us. We accept payment in the form of interagency agreements (IPAC), purchase orders, Standard Forms 182 (SF-182), and credit cards. Private citizens are not eligible to attend IGCIA programs. For billing questions, please contact our budget analyst, Sue Wainright at swainright@igcia.us.
