Program Update
Pilot Program Limited to the Inspector General and their Deputy Will be held on November 2-4, 2009. This will be a three-day experience to introduce
the program. Cost will be $1,000 with an additional chage of $690 for the all-inclusive
rooms and meals package. Two Week Program for all members of the Senior Executive Service Now offered as a two-week program on the following dates:

Program Description
This explosively powerful multimedia experience will forever enhance your
insight into leadership, followership and organizational effectiveness. History
becomes a metaphor and the battlefields of the Gettysburg National Military Park
a classroom as leadership - in a rapidly changing, stressful environment, with
limited information and limited resources - is examined. These challenges
were present in 1863 are present in your organization today. Sessions focus on the use of the actionable concepts of transactional,
transformational, and anticipatory leadership - qualities demonstrated by Col.
Joshua Chamberlain and his valiant and successful effort to have his troops
hold the left flank of the Union Army. With 70% of US employees saying that they are "not engaged" or "actively disengaged"
at work with the number one reason being the quality of their leadership, this
