The CIGIE Training Institute is offering several mission-essential virtual training courses at reduced cost in January 2026, as part of our continued commitment to delivering high-value, accessible training for the IG community. Interested participants should contact their Training Officer to register.
Class sizes across specific Training Institute offerings are intentionally limited to ensure active participation and a high-quality, engaging learning experience for all attendees.

Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC)
FLETC provides training for core programs, including the Criminal Investigator Training Program (CITP), as well as a wide range of advanced training offerings. Based on OIG projections for the current fiscal year, CIGIE Training Institute has secured allocated seats from FLETC, and Training Officers have been notified of their assigned classes.
The CIGIE Registrar will continue to monitor FLETC courses and will announce any available “HOTSEATS” to the community as they arise, maximizing opportunities for staff to attend requested training.
